Job Description

Customer Care / Onboarding Representative

Remote South Africa
Monday to Friday 8 AM 5 PM MST/PST
$1500 $1800 USD/month (Depending on Experience)

About the Role
We re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Care / Onboarding Representative who can be the reassuring voice for our clients after they ve signed on with us. If you love building relationships solving problems calmly and keeping things organized you ll fit right in.

This is not just customer support you ll be the main point of contact for clients throughout their project ensuring they feel informed heard and confident every step of the way.

What You ll Be Doing
Review sold job paperwork to ensure everything is accurate and complete
Call new customers to walk them through their project details and confirm they know you re their go-to contact
Keep clients updated on their job status and next steps
Answer incoming calls from customer especially if they re upset and handle concerns with patience and professionalism
Gather all necessary information about issues and hand it off to the right team member for resolution and scheduling
Keep detailed up-to-date records in our CRM and communication tools

What We re Looking For
3 years in customer service onboarding or account management preferably in a fast-paced setting
Excellent clear English (C1 level or higher) you know how to calm and reassure people
Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRMs and phone systems
Friendly patient and solution-oriented even when customers are upset
Highly organized and detail-focused nothing slips through the cracks
A team player who genuinely cares about delivering a great client experience
