Immediate opening for a 1st Shift or 2nd Shift Production Operator in the Yellow Springs/Fairborn OH area!

Pay: $17-18.50/hr

Key Responsibilities
- Complete molding processes which willinclude Antioch plaster Air-set sand and cold-box sand in combination with permanent and semi-permanent molds.
- Use powered hand tools to deburr remove excess metal and remove dirt/sand from product.
- Polish file and/or sand surfaces of metal parts utilizing a variety of hand tools power tools and machines that will remove defects and smooth uneven surfaces.
- Performs other related duties as required.
Requirements
- 1 years of production experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Prior experience in a foundry is helpful but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Work involves physical demands but not limited to prolonged standing bending lifting up to 50 lbs.
- This role will require the use ofrespirator equipment.
- Abilityto use a wide variety of tools.
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening (drug andbackground testing.)
- Works independently followinginstructions andwill need to be able to concentrate for long periods of time.
