Our state-of-the-art club feature top-of-the-line equipment huge functional training area high end body scanner and so much more. You will be paid for program design office hours and access to our exclusive Anytime Dashboard designed just for personal trainers. There is huge opportunity at this club. This is what we expect from our trainers
- Outstanding attendance record
- Experience training a vast array of clients
- Be organized
- Understand the FMS and be able to explain the result to potential client
- Understand the needs of the business
- An FC closing rate of 15-20%
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Fitness Consultations and selling 6 and 12 month packages
- Motivating new members
- group training and semi-private training
-Nutrition guidance
-In club work such as keeping the club tidy simple maintenance and help setting up new members
You MUST be personable presentable and have a positive attitude at all times. We work in a team environment not in a shark tank!
As a 24/7/365 club your hours are what you make them along with the set hours in the club that are mutually agreed upon. Clients have various needs and youll work with them to develop suitable session times.
