Job Description
The Wilkinson Firm is a SHRM-certified HR and staffing company focused on behavioral health organizations. Were scaling fast and were hiring closers to own key markets and drive full-desk recruitment: selling staffing services recruiting talent and delivering results.
This is a commission-only founder-track opportunity for recruiters and sales professionals who are ready to build something real. Youll get all the infrastructure ATS CRM marketing support client strategy playbooks plus a compensation model designed to reward execution not tenure.
What Youll Do
Sell staffing and workforce services to behavioral and mental health providers in Chicago/Midwest
Own the full desk: source screen credential and close candidates
Use our ATS CRM job templates and sales systems to move fast and scale your reach
Build a portfolio of clients that you earn commission on for the life of the relationship
Participate in job fairs expos LinkedIn outreach and local visibility to expand your footprint (Remote-Hybrid position)
What You Get
Commission: 10-15% of net profit for the lifetime of every client you close
Draw Eligibility: Close 2 clients and unlock a monthly $2500 minimum draw
Bonus Plan: Close 4 clients and receive structured bonuses and incentive rewards
Six-Figure Track: Recruiters closing 12 deals/month are pacing toward $100K
Tools Provided: ATS CRM branded collateral outreach copy and sales strategy we give you the playbook you run the offense
Growth Path: Top performers can scale into Regional Leads or build their own recruiting pods
Who You Are
Based in or near Chicago IL with strong local market knowledge or a network in behavioral health
2 years of experience in recruiting staffing healthcare sales or B2B services
You dont need a base salary to stay motivated you thrive on commission and closing power
You want autonomy but you also want a brand and infrastructure to plug into
Youre ready to make real money not just hit KPIs that benefit someone else
