As a Customer Care Specialist you will support business travelers by managing bookings for flights hotels trains and other travel arrangements. Youll assist them before and during trips ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience.
Fluency in German (spoken and written)
Working knowledge of English
Excellent communication and active listening skills
Previous experience in travel hospitality or airline industries is a plus
Experience in a customer service/call center is an advantage
Solid computer literacy and typing skills (MS Office)
Strong organizational decision-making and analytical abilities
Positive attitude and a team-player mindset
High school diploma or equivalent

Travel Reimbursement: Up to EUR 245 reimbursed after 6 months of employment (upon submission of travel documents and if no notice of resignation is given during this period)
Salary Advance: EUR 528 net available upon request within 5 business days
In case of contract termination within 6 months the net outstanding from any salary advances will be deducted from final payments and travel reimbursement will not apply
Hotel Accommodation: Arranged based on your confirmed arrival date. You must notify the hotel by 12 PM on the day of expected arrival if plans change. Failure to do so will result in a personal charge for that night

Salary is EUR 2000 per month gross with bonuses of EUR 150 per month gross
* Monthly transportation/internet allowance of EUR 25 net paid in addition to the base salary.
* Additional payment for night hours work (if applicable) as per approved company program.
* Bonus for important life events (marriage birth or adoption of a child university graduation) for the amount of EUR 250.

Relocation Support
* Reimbursement of travel expenses at the amount of up to EUR 245 after 6 months from your start date in the company in case there is no pre-notice (travel documents need to be presented e-ticket and invoice).
* Advance in salary of EUR 528 net only upon request of the employee (will be transferred to bank account in 5 working days.
* Should the contract is terminated within the first 6 months of employment any outstanding net amount from advance salary payments will be due back and deducted from the last salary/salaries before leaving the company and no payment of the travel expenses will be processed.
* We book the hotel stay from the date the employee confirms his/her arrival date. If the employee does not stay in the hotel from this date and does not inform the hotel by 12 noon on that date that he/she will not be staying then the employee needs to pay for that night.
Note: To notify the hotel that he/she is not arriving on the day booked the employee needs to call them (using the hotel information provided by the Recruitment Specialist or the Relocation Assistance Specialist.
