As our Sales Director you will be at the forefront of driving revenue and margin performance through strategic leadership of our inside and outside sales teams as well as customer service. This role is critical in aligning sales efforts with market demands while partnering cross-functionally to deliver exceptional value to our customers.
Lead coach and develop the sales and customer service teams to achieve company growth targets
Build and execute data-driven annual sales plans
Contribute to our Long-Range Business Plan with accurate sales forecasting
Collaborate with Program Management to price parts competitively and develop strategic package deals
Deliver market insightsfleet movement utilization and upcoming maintenanceto support planning
Partner with Supply Chain to reduce excess inventory and improve stock productivity
Manage key customer accounts and foster long-term relationships
Negotiate and manage customer contracts with precision

Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or related field (MBA a plus)
10 years of progressive sales leadership in aerospace or manufacturing
A proven track record of building successful sales strategies and leading results-driven teams
Deep knowledge of the aerospace sector and its evolving market landscape
Excellent leadership negotiation and relationship-building skills
Experience working across departments in a matrixed organization
