CertaPro Painters of Missouri City is ready to hire a hardworking goal oriented and energetic Salesperson looking to build their career in a consultative-selling environment. Our position of Residential Sales Associate will meet with our customers in their homes to educate estimate and present turnkey solutions for interior and exterior painting projects. Training and skill development are at the forefront of our organization and classroom and on-the-job training is provided. Our ideal candidate is an outgoing focused and motivated individual that possesses excellent listening skills and can deliver an extraordinary customer experience. We are looking for an individual with a strong desire to succeed the ability to develop lasting relationships and has the skills to close contracts through a consultative sales approach. We have a tight-knit office and are looking for the next valued member of our team!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Sales

Marketing

Lead generation

Customer service

Estimating

Priority management

Diligent customer follow-up & follow-through

Requirements

Bachelors degree preferred

Sales experience

Experience in leadership roles

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Active listener

Detail oriented

Customer service mindset

Coachable

Ability to navigate software based platforms

Team player

Compensation package includes a base salary uncapped commission with a company car iPad and cell phone.

Compensation: $50000.00 - $75000.00 per year
