Job Description
Position: Management Trainee F&B Retail (BBQ Shop)
Location: Singapore
Industry: Food & Beverage
Working Hours: 12 hours/day 4 off days per month
Salary:
-
During Probation (3 months): SGD 1800/month
-
After Probation: SGD 2000/month
Key Responsibilities:
-
Oversee daily shop operations including setup cleanliness and closing procedures
-
Assist in BBQ item preparation and ensure product quality and hygiene standards

Operate the cashier system and handle payments when needed

Serve customers promptly professionally and warmly

Introduce and recommend products to customers confidently

Ensure a pleasant dining or takeaway experience for every customer

Support stock control and restocking as required
Requirements:
-
Friendly proactive and customer-oriented
-
Willing to work long shifts and learn all aspects of store operations
-
Prior F&B or retail experience is a plus but not mandatory
-
Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment

A strong sense of responsibility and initiative
