- Provide customer support in both Arabic and English via phone email and chat.
- Assist clients with insurance policy inquiries coverage details premium payments renewals and claims.
- Explain insurance products and services clearly and accurately to Arabic-speaking customers.
- Handle policy updates cancellations and documentation requests efficiently.
- Support customers through the claims filing process and follow up on claim status.
- Record all customer interactions and updates in CRM systems with accuracy.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies regulatory standards and confidentiality protocols.
- Collaborate with internal departments (claims underwriting sales) to resolve customer issues.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell insurance products when appropriate.
- Deliver professional and empathetic service to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
