As a Remote Customer Service Representative in Portugal you will be the key point of contact for our banking clients - providing product and service information answering inquiries and resolving customer issues with precision and professionalism.

What Youll Do

As a Customer Service Representative your responsibilities will include:

• Handling incoming calls

• Identifying and addressing customer needs to ensure satisfaction

• Building lasting relationships and trust through open interactive communication

• Delivering accurate complete information using the appropriate tools

• Following client communication procedures and guidelines

• Going the extra mile to engage and support customers

• Maintaining high service standards and efficiently responding to inquiries to achieve excellent customer satisfaction

Your Profile

Youll be a great fit if you:

• Have advanced German language skills (written and spoken C1 level)

• Communicate effectively in English (B2 level)

• Possess excellent communication and active listening skills
