The Opportunity: We are seeking an enthusiastic and client-driven French-Speaking Client Relations Specialist to join our on-site team in Porto. In this crucial role you will be the primary point of contact for our French-speaking clients providing comprehensive support and ensuring a seamless and positive experience. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to start or advance a career in client relations as prior experience is a plus but not a strict requirement we believe in nurturing talent and providing comprehensive training to equip you with all the necessary skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication: Engage proactively with French and English-speaking clients via various channels (e.g. phone email chat) to address inquiries provide information and offer solutions.
  • Issue Resolution: Efficiently and empathetically troubleshoot and resolve client concerns related to services accounts or technical matters escalating complex issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary.
  • Information Provision: Clearly communicate service details policies and relevant information to clients ensuring understanding and satisfaction.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong positive relationships with clients fostering loyalty and trust.
  • Documentation: Accurately document all client interactions inquiries and resolutions in our CRM system ensuring thorough record-keeping.
  • Feedback Loop: Identify recurring client issues or trends and provide valuable feedback to internal teams to contribute to continuous service improvement and process optimization.
  • Quality Assurance: Strive to meet and exceed individual and team performance targets including quality scores resolution times and client satisfaction ratings.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Language Proficiency: Native or near-native fluency in French (both spoken and written) is essential. A strong professional working proficiency in English is also required for internal communication training and potential client interactions.
  • Customer/Client Focus: A genuine passion for helping people a strong commitment to providing outstanding client service and a proactive approach to understanding client needs.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with a clear patient and empathetic approach. Ability to articulate information clearly concisely and persuasively.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to listen actively analyze situations identify root causes and think critically to find effective and client-centric solutions.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple client interactions and tasks concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating various software applications CRM systems and general computer applications.
  • Adaptability: The ability to learn quickly adapt to new processes and client needs and work effectively in a dynamic and evolving environment.
  • Team Player: A positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with colleagues and cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Prior Experience (Good to Have Not Mandatory): While any prior experience in customer service client relations or a similar client-facing role is a plus it is not a mandatory prerequisite. We provide comprehensive paid training to equip you with all the necessary skills and knowledge.
