As a Freelance Recruiter youll collaborate with our global team to identify engage and support candidates through the recruitment process. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate qualified candidates for international job openings
- Conduct interviews and assess alignment with client expectations
- Maintain well-organized candidate pipelines and up-to-date records
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth hiring process
- Act as a reliable point of contact for candidates offering clear and supportive communication
- Tailor recruitment strategies to meet client needs and adapt to shifting market trends
Requirements:
- Experience in recruitment is essential (at least 1 year)
- Proven freelance experience and ability to self-manage workload
- Comfort with flexible results-based work hours
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- EU citizenship or the ability to invoice as a freelancer within Europe
