Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Hybrid Portugal
What youll do:
Design customized solutions to meet business requirements and enhance client processes.
Prepare detailed functional specification documentation.
Analyze business processes and translate them into scalable solutions.
Customize and configure Dynamics 365 solutions to align with customer needs.
Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure smooth solution implementation.
Test validate and align developed solutions with customer expectations.
Create test plans user guides and training materials for users.
Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within projects.
Your profile:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Systems Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
Solid knowledge of key Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules (Sales Customer Service Field Service etc.).
Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (Journeys) is a plus.
Hands-on experience customizing Dynamics 365 (attributes views forms).
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
