Youll be the voice and visual force of Ravago Building Solutions in the Polish market coordinating campaigns sharpening our brand presence and helping tell a compelling story in an evolving B2B environment. If youre eager to grow this is your opportunity.
What youll do:
- Support and localize the marketing strategy for Poland in line with regional goals.
- Build and strengthen the Ravago brand among key stakeholders: architects contractors and distributors.
- Coordinate offline and digital campaigns content creation and social media initiatives (LinkedIn Facebook etc.).
- Organize and manage industry events trade fairs and workshops.
- Create and adapt visual content infographics image montages short videos and promotional materials.
- Maintain and update website content and monitor traffic metrics.
- Collaborate with external agencies (graphic designers copywriters) and manage project timelines.
- Provide regular marketing reports and performance insights.
What were looking for:
- 13 years of experience in B2B marketing preferably agency or in a technical field.
- Education in Marketing Communications or related fields.
- Strong organizational and creative thinking skills a doer and a problem-solver.
- Familiarity with social media marketing content planning and community management.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop InDesign Canva) or other design tools.
- Experience with video editing photography or SEO is a big plus!
- Fluent in Polish with strong English communication skills.
