Job Title: Customer Success Manager
Location:
Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 2500 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Thursday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive articulate and detail-oriented Customer Success Manager to lead client onboarding software demonstrations and long-term relationship growth. This role is central to ensuring new and existing clients are supported well-informed and engaged. The ideal candidate is confident with software tools (especially HubSpot) comfortable conducting client-facing demos and passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client onboarding and deliver software demonstrations at a clear steady pace.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers throughout their lifecycle.
  • Maintain CRM records and contact segmentation in HubSpot.
  • Schedule training setup calls and monthly follow-ups to ensure adoption and satisfaction.
  • Draft and send monthly newsletters promotions and event announcements through HubSpot.
  • Track client engagement identify churn risks and flag upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve onboarding flow and retention strategy.
  • Monitor renewal timelines and support account growth through education and check-ins.


Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in customer success onboarding or account management.
  • Strong command of spoken and written English (minimal accent preferred).
  • Proficiency with HubSpot CRM.
  • Experience conducting product walkthroughs demos or client training.
  • Highly organized process-oriented and detail-focused.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience in SaaS or working with loan or finance-related software.
  • Comfortable creating reports or tracking customer engagement metrics.
  • Calm clear communicator who explains software thoroughly rather than rushing through.
