Job Description

Job Summary:
Our client a leading bank is looking for a skilled Digital Banking Lead to shape and lead the development of their digital channels including mobile and web platforms. Youll play a key role in modernizing banking services improving user experience and delivering secure scalable solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead strategy planning and execution of digital banking platforms
- Collaborate with teams across operations design compliance and tech to deliver on-time high-impact projects
- Ensure systems are reliable scalable and secure
- Monitor digital trends and recommend new tools or platform improvements
- Drive user adoption and customer engagement through UX enhancements and feature rollouts
- Define KPIs and monitor digital product performance
- Manage budgets vendors and development team growth
Main Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years experience in digital product/channel development ideally in banking or fintech
- Strong knowledge of mobile/web tech APIs payments card systems and system integration
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex digital solutions
- Balance of technical expertise and business insight
- Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science IT or a related field
