- Proven track record of leading and scaling high-performing product teams fostering a culture of innovation collaboration and accountability.
- Strong command over B2C product lifecycles and key metrics with the ability to define track and analyze product performance to drive informed decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with business goals and market opportunities.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire mentor and empower product managers and designers.
- Expertise in user experience (UX) principles customer journey mapping and translating user needs into compelling product features.
- Proficiency in agile development methodologies and experience working closely with engineering design marketing and sales teams.
- Strategic mindset with a keen understanding of market trends competitive landscape and emerging technologies in the e-commerce space.
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Define own and execute the overall product vision strategy and roadmap for our e-commerce platform and D2C offerings.
- Lead mentor and grow a talented team of product managers fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Drive the entire product lifecycle from ideation research design development launch to post-launch optimization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering design marketing operations and leadership to ensure seamless product development and successful market adoption.
- Champion customer-centricity by deeply understanding user needs pain points and behaviors through research data analysis and feedback loops.
- Establish and monitor key product performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics using data to inform product decisions and identify growth opportunities.
- Stay abreast of industry trends competitor activities and technological advancements to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage product backlog prioritize features and make data-driven decisions to optimize resource allocation and delivery timelines.
- Communicate product updates performance and strategic direction effectively to all stakeholders.
