Remote Customer Care Role with a Leading Car Manufacturer (German Language)
Work remotely from anywhere in Greece! Candidates must be based in Greece.
Salary: 1300 gross per month plus 130 gross monthly bonuses

We are seeking German-speaking professionals to act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries representing a top-tier German manufacturer known for cars buses and trucks.

Your Role:

Serve as the primary contact for customer requests representing a globally renowned car brand

Handle customer interactions via phone email and chat to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience

Provide expert advice on products and services related to the automotive industry

Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally

Strive to turn every customer interaction into a positive one

Enjoy working remotely from beautiful Greece
What You Bring:

Fluency in German
-
Strong command of English both written and spoken

Passion for cars is a significant advantage

Preferably at least 6 months of experience in customer support or customer care roles

Excellent communication skills

Problem-solving mindset and strong sense of responsibility

Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems

Positive and proactive attitude
