Remote Customer Care Role with a Leading Car Corporation (Dutch Language)
Work remotely from anywhere within Greece! Please note you must be located in Greece to apply.
Salary: 1500 gross per month plus a monthly bonus of 150 gross.

Your Responsibilities:

Act as the main contact for customer requests on behalf of a world-renowned automotive brand

Communicate via phone email and chat to ensure smooth and effective customer service

Provide expert advice on products and services related to vehicles

Address and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally

Turn every interaction into a positive experience

Enjoy living and working in Greece!
What You Bring to the Role:

Fluency in Dutch
-
Strong English skills both written and spoken
-
A genuine passion for cars is highly desirable

At least 6 months of experience in customer support or customer care preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Problem-solving mindset with a strong sense of responsibility

Tech-savvy with the ability to learn quickly

Positive and proactive attitude
