You can expect
The role...
We are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join our Colchester office team working across the Practice.
The role will involve providing Surveying services across a range of sectors including; defense bluelight education healthcare and commercial clients with projects ranging from 500k to 15m in size.
The selected candidate will be engaged to manage the cost control of projects from initial budget advice cost planning procurement and contract selection tender action and analysis preparation of contracts financial control through construction settlement of final accounts and release of retentions. The candidate will either be chartered or if required will work alongside like-minded surveyors and work to complete the pathway to MRICS chartership with the benefit of APC support from an experienced team of Counsellors.
