In 1997 Ron Tepper founded Tepper Holdings a family office while at the helm of Consolidated Fastfrate Inc. as their President and CEO. After 13 years we opened our first corporate office in Richmond Hill ON.

Our early holdings were predominantly in Consolidated Fastfrate Inc. and Canada Drayage Inc. with real estate holdings in their freight terminals across the country.

Over time Tepper Holdings has developed into one of Canadas leading Family Offices with a diversified portfolio of Canadian businesses US and Canadian marketable securities real estate across Canada as well as an active aviation division.

What You Need to Be Successful In This Role:

  • Post-Secondary education
  • Basic accounting experience as well as quick books
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate Excel skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills exhibiting professional communication with customers and other departments.
  • Effective problem-solving ability to be able to research from the information given from customers or other departments for difference or missing information.
  • 2-5 years experience in an Administration position.
  • Financial Services industry is an asset.
  • Real Estate industry is an asset
  • Everyday clerical duties (scanning filing etc. boardroom meeting set up and breakdown ordering office and hospitality supplies)
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable considered an asset
