The Opportunity
This role is responsible for leading the development and delivery of high-quality government tenders and grant submissions across child youth family and disability services. Youll take ownership of writing compelling and tailored proposals that align with our strategic priorities reflect real service capacity and help secure funding that enables meaningful change. Youll also maintain a forward-looking pipeline of opportunities and contribute to shaping business cases and funding strategies for future service growth.
The role reports to the Head of Strategy Office and sits within a highly collaborative and purpose-driven team. Youll work closely with program leaders finance and executive stakeholders to craft submissions that are not only persuasive but also grounded in evidence insight and impact.
About you
We are seeking a confident writer and strategic thinker with a strong track record in delivering successful submissions. You enjoy managing complex content collaborating across teams and producing work that is high-quality timely and impactful.
