GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION: Under the direct supervision of the building principal and assistant principal the secretary supervises performs or causes to be performed the correspondence filing communication and reports required of the school office. The head secretary is an integral part in the efficiency and functionality of the school.
Desirable skills: Word Google Applications Excel Quick Books; good with the public; organized; prompt.
Qualifications: Must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent. Must have a working knowledge of technology.
