CA - Westlake VillageWhat youll do:
As a Loan Review Specialist youll be responsible for the pre-purchase review of Conventional Non-Conforming FHA USDA and VA loan files to ensure file contains the designated set of documentation. Youll also be responsible for ensuring each mortgage loan file contains all required documentation and meets acceptable agency guidelines using business rules to ensure loan files are complete and accurate.- Responsible for the pre-purchase review of Conventional Non-Conforming FHA USDA and VA loans files.
- Ensure each file contains the designated set of documentation and meets acceptable Underwriting and Compliance (DU LQA Fraud and Compliance) standards and complies with established guidelines.
- Accurately review loan documentation and collateral files. Verify accuracy of data between documents and systems.
- Analyze documentation provided by the client and promptly remediate stipulations. Achieve a minimum of 95% Productivity 85% Quality 95% completion within SLA.
What youll need:
- 1 years of related experience in Mortgage Operations Mortgage Post Closing or similar field.
- High school diploma required.
- Entry level to intermediate knowledge of residential mortgage industry in Correspondent or Retail Lending; including sales operations capital markets and/or other residential mortgage products and services.
- Entry level to intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations rules and regulations industry standards and practices.
- Entry level to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
- Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.
