Job Description

Strategic Partner Manager

Location: Remote

Position Overview

HatchMed is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Partner Manager to build strong partner relationships for its Smart Hardware Product Portfolio to expand market awareness/brand and drive revenue growth. This role is specifically focused on engaging Nurse Call Communication System/Solution Distributors/Resellers and Healthcare Designers/Architects to drive business growth and innovation.

As a Strategic Partner Manager you will work closely with the Product Team to identify target cultivate educate train support and manage key strategic partnerships within the Nurse Call Communication System Distributors/Resellers and Healthcare Designers/Architect sales channels. Additionally facilitating collaboration between Strategic Partners and End Users of the Smart Hardware Products will be a key responsibility.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Identify target and cultivate relationships with nurse call dealers and healthcare design partners KPIs in order to meet or exceed annual territory sales targets while ensuring alignment with HatchMeds vision and mission
  • Collaborate with Strategic Partners in developing and executing comprehensive strategies including KPIs and MOQs necessary to drive business growth.
  • Facilitate collaboration between nurse call dealers healthcare designers and End Users of the Smart Hardware Products.
  • Work with appropriate HatchMed team members to provide necessary support training and education to all Strategic Partners and End Users.
  • Communicate any/all Strategic Partner concerns to appropriate HatchMed team members.
  • Develop a deep understanding of all Smart Hardware Products to effectively communicate their value and benefits to partners and their customers.
  • Identify and communicate opportunities for new products & projects within the healthcare technology sector.
  • Collaborate with marketing & engineering team members to create partner documents for training technical support and sales.
  • Document all Strategic Partner/prospect interactions in HatchMeds CRM (Zoho).
  • Prepare and provide progress updates including KPIs to management monthly.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Willing to travel out-of-state and overnight up to 25%
  • 5 years of B2B sales experience preferably in healthcare technology or medical equipment sales
  • Valid drivers license and auto insurance
  • Familiarity with Apple products (iPads iPhones iOS) preferred
  • Bachelors degree in business Engineering or a related field preferred
  • Proven experience in strategic partnership management within the nurse call or healthcare industry preferred
