Job Description

Your Tasks

  • Partner with S&CM Head and develop strategy for GT channel & ensure effective implementation
  • Use channel-based shopper & customer marketing insights & provide trade understanding for marketing to make effective trade plans.
  • Enable achievement of channel sales targets through seamless planning along with RSMS
  • Manage budgets for the channels & promotion activities & regularly undertake promo evaluation for various key activities
  • Plan and build prospective sales growth channels through various engagement programs.
  • Support in building strong shopper marketing principles and practice in the team
  • Lead the team to effectively drive the S&CM agenda for the channel
  • Developing deep understanding of channel requirements and using the same to develop plans that support achievement of sales targets
  • Co-ordinate across multiple departments sales marketing finance etc. towards seamless planning and execution

Your Profile

  • Successful track record of working in any General Trade Modern Trade and S&CM.
  • Business Administration/Sales/Marketing Degree/Diploma from an accredited university
  • A minimum of 10 years sales experience with a leading FMCG company.
  • Exposure to marketing will be desirable
