About the Opportunity
Were on the lookout for a motivated and hands-on Gardener to join Programmeds Grounds Maintenance team in Wyndham North. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a stable long-term role where you can grow your career and make a real impact.
This is a permanent full-time position offering long-term stability ongoing development and the chance to be part of a supportive close-knit team. Youll work Monday to Friday with optional overtime available.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform weed and pest control through spraying and manual weeding.
- Undertake all horticultural activities including formative pruning and hedging of trees and shrubs.
- Implement mulching and planting programs.
- Use commercial small plant horticultural equipment.
- Report all assets using technology at each scheduled maintenance visit.
- Ensure sites are maintained and presented to a high standard.
- Comply with all occupational health and safety processes and procedures
About You
- Certificate II or III in Horticulture (Desirable not necessary)
- A Current Drivers license
- Experience in operating a range of mowers and small plant equipment
- The ability to execute work to a high standard.
- A clear commitment and understanding of Quality and Health Safety and Environment systems
