Under the direction of the Senior Director of Special Education the Campus Director develops coordinates and supervises the delivery of programs for students on the Autism Spectrum. Provides leadership in articulating and coordinating campus programs and ensuring compliance with State and Federal guidelines/regulations. Ensures the implementation of special education programs at the assigned campuses; confers with San Antonio Campus Director and Senior Director of Special Education.

Responsibilities and Duties:
The person in this position needs to have the ability to be creative and innovative as well as a problem-solver and strategic thinker
Other abilities include maintaining emotional control under stress maintaining professional interactions leadership multitasking and performing under a tight deadline
Advocates nurtures and sustains a school culture and instructional program cursive to learning and staff professional growth
Assists in ensuring the management of the organization operation and resources for safe efficient and effective learning environments
Ensures implementation of TEA Positive Behavior Support course and certification including the use of restraint and time out
May require occasional prolonged and irregular hours
Limited travel during the first year of employment
All other related duties as assigned
