Position: Maintenance Technician Apartment Community
Location: Beaverton OR
Schedule: Full-time Immediate Start
Key Responsibilities:
As a Maintenance Tech youll play a vital role in keeping residents happy and the property in top shape. Your day-to-day duties will include:
Completing resident work orders in a timely professional manner
Performing unit turns (make-ready repairs paint touch-ups hardware replacements etc.)
Troubleshooting and repairing basic plumbing electrical HVAC and appliance issues
Maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of common areas and grounds
Reporting any safety hazards or major repair needs to the property manager
Assisting with preventive maintenance and occasional on-call tasks as needed
What Were Looking For:
Prior maintenance experience in apartment or residential communities
Basic knowledge of plumbing electrical painting and appliance repair
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Must be dependable punctual and ready to jump in when needed
Own basic tools preferred
HVAC certification a plus but not required
