Maintenance Foreman
Full-Time Salary $70000 - $75000
Company vehicle/tools provided
Travel across Eastern and South-Central Kansas required
Previous supervisory experience and broad maintenance knowledge required
GoodLife Innovations is seeking a hands-on organized and positive Maintenance Foreman to lead our talented team of maintenance technicians. Youll supervise day-to-day maintenance across over 60 homes day service sites and office buildings throughout Johnson Allen Douglas and Sedgwick counties. From plumbing and electrical to drywall and move-in readiness this role demands someone who can prioritize and track multiple projects motivate a hard working crew and ensure repairs are done safely and to a high standard.
We serve adults with disabilities and preschool-aged children so a strong eye for safety cleanliness and respect for the people we support is essential.
