What you will do
Are you a dependable detail-oriented individual who thrives in a hands-on environment Join our dynamic team in Fremont as a Field Operations Associate (Onsite) where youll play a critical role in supporting life-changing orthopedic surgeries.
In this warehouse-based role youll be responsible for the processing inspection and coordination of surgical loaner kits used in the operating room. Youll train across multiple product lines gaining valuable experience with high-quality medical devices that make a difference in patients lives every day.
This is a full-time Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM positionperfect for someone looking to build a meaningful career in a fast-paced team-driven environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop deep product knowledge across multiple lines through hands-on training to effectively support on-call responsibilities and surgical readiness
- Inspect and prepare medical products to ensure they are free of damage defects or shortages maintaining the highest standards for patient care
- Proactively monitor and report stock wear or damage helping to drive inventory accuracy and product availability
- Accurately stage and prepare products for scheduled surgeries ensuring timely and precise delivery to clinical teams
- Collaborate cross-functionally during service level investigations to identify root causes and implement process improvements
- Support FOMS compliance by assisting with documentation process adherence and quality assurance efforts
- Leverage inventory management systems to maintain real-time accurate records of shipments usage and order processing
- Partner with management to ensure audit readiness supporting a culture of operational excellence and accountability
What you need
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- 1 year Warehouse/Inventory Control experience in a demanding fast-paced environment
- Valid Drivers license with good driving record
- Demonstrated knowledge of principles and methods for product or order fulfillment. This includes situational needs assessment product usage and inventory control systems and processes
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support the business needs including weekend and evening call as needed
- Ability to lift push pull and carry up to 50 lbs.
