Position Description
Job Summary:
Assist webDEALER management in all aspects of the managers duties including but not limited to the following:
Job Duties and Responsibilities:- Performing duties of the manager and supervisor in their absence
- Coordinating all administrative and technical tasks required for the collection of automobile fees and property taxes when applicable
- Processing automobile title applications according to the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles in webDEALER
- Providing information and counseling for employees
- Providing good customer service
- Following opening and closing procedures
- Ensure staff are working on webDEALER transactions timely manner
- Add new dealers to webDEALER by ensuring all required documents are in order. Use Tobie to facilitate the setup process.
- Compiling preprinted FedEx Labels from Dealers and scheduling FedEx pickups of completed webDEALER transactions
- Deleting all inventory that is voided damaged or reported missing
- Work the Cypress Hill counter and issue inventory and forms to dealers and subcontractors
- Complete deposit as required
- Answer e-mails and phone calls in a timely fashion
- Must be prepared to repay any personal monetary shortages incurred during daily processing and must also ensure that staff members monetary shortages are paid
- Other duties as required

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years or more supervisory/management experience or equivalent combination of education preferred experience and management experience preferred
- Must have current auto experience within the Tax Office
Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
- Must have a professional attitude and appearance and the ability to communicate with all levels of management
- Proficient in PC is required
- Must have the ability to work multiple concurrent assignments
- Must be able to function effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Must be able to retain large amounts of information
- Ability to read and detect errors on reports
- Ability to learn and retain large amounts of information
- Ability to work without constant supervision and to function effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Must be able to multitask work extended hours as needed and maintain professional and friendly customer service
- Must be able to adhere to office confidentiality requirements regarding customer & department information
- Ability to take direction and supervision
- Rotate to other branches as necessary without prior notice

- College degree
- A minimum of one (1) year of paid work experience in a leadership role in customer service or similar field
General Information
Working Conditions Mental and Physical Demands:
- Typically an office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation and a normal range of temperature and noise level
- Minor physical effort required which may involve long periods of standing walking bending reaching stretching climbing lifting less than 30 lbs or similar activities (e.g. filing delivering sorting)
- Ability to maneuver including lifting up to 30 pounds to a height of 3 feet
- Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends as needed
- Work assignments offer limited diversification. Examples of past precedent are used to resolve work problems
- A frequent volume of work and deadlines impose strain on a routine basis
- Regular application of basic skills (calculator keyboard hand tools eye/hand coordination)
Working Hours:
Work Location:- Monday-Friday 7:30 am -- 4:30 pm; subject to overtime and weekend
