Job Description

Position: Groundskeeper Apartment Community
Location: Beaverton OR
Schedule: Full-time Day Shift Weekly Pay
About the Role:
As the community Groundskeeper youll be responsible for the overall upkeep of the property grounds ensuring everything looks its best. This is a perfect opportunity for someone dependable detail-oriented and who enjoys physical outdoor work.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and appearance of all outdoor areas (sidewalks parking lots green spaces pool areas etc.)
Regularly pick up trash and debris from common areas and around buildings
Blow walkways and remove leaves or dirt buildup as needed
Assist with light landscaping tasks like watering weeding trimming shrubs and mulching
Support maintenance staff with apartment turns or light tasks when needed
Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to the property manager
What Were Looking For:
Previous groundskeeping or janitorial experience preferred but not required
Must be dependable punctual and able to work with minimal supervision
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs bend walk and stand for extended periods
A positive attitude and willingness to help the team
