What Youll Do:
As the Tax Manager youll play a key leadership role within the firms tax division. Youll manage a team of professionals oversee tax compliance and maintain client relationships across a broad industry base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage tax compliance and consulting engagements
- Deliver strategic tax planning and recommendations to client
- Implement tax strategies to minimize liabilities and maximize outcomes
- Serve as a client advisor on complex tax matters
- Mentor and develop junior tax staff
What Were Looking For:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting (CPA preferred)
- 5 years of progressive tax experience
- Strong leadership analytical and communication skills
- High attention to detail and client service mindset
