Job Summary:
iHerb is seeking a Content Operations Associate to join our Marketing team! This is a remote role with a preferred location in Southern California. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing managing and executing content across our digital platforms and assisting in promotion campaign executions. This role will coordinate daily web content and ensure timely and up-to-date updates and promotions using iHerbs proprietary web and content management systems (CMS). This position will communicate with various departments and handle special projects as assigned.
Job Responsibilities & Expectations:
- Support iHerbs multiple departments (Digital Experience Global Logistics Merchandising Human Resources etc.) by managing all content updates for the global website
- Partner with the localization team to ensure content is translated into all 20 languages the website is available in
- Set up global and regional promotions across all platforms including iHerbs app
- Improve internal efficiency by proactively developing new processes for optimized workflow
- Become an expert in functionality and features of iHerb internal tools and backend logic
- Partner with the Business Product Technology team to provide feedback and suggestions to improve internal tools for maximum efficiency
- Work cross-functionally with Digital Experience Customer Experience and other teams to identify troubleshoot and resolve problems quickly using sound judgment poise and diplomacy
- Manage various websites including core Careers and HR website
- Document changes to internal tools and processes when new features are introduced to the team.
- Demonstrate the ability to maintain a holistic view of projects while managing detailed execution.
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and business needs ensuring seamless promotion campaign deliveries.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Required:

Equipment Knowledge:
- Familiarity with e-commerce industry is preferred
- Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices
- Knowledge of Google Suite and project management tools such as Asana
Experience Requirements: Generally requires a minimum of one (1) to three (3) years related experience.
Education Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Marketing preferred or a combination of education and equivalent work experience.

Anticipated Pay Scale:
$22.28 - $35.44 USD
