Job Description
Future Tech Enterprise Inc. is seeking a Level 2 Technician to provide advanced computer network and technical support to our client. This is a full-time on-site role based in Glen Cove NY with occasional travel to nearby locations (within a five-mile radius).
This is a full-time on-site position. Work hours are from 8:30a -4:00p M-F.

What Youll Do:
- Install configure and support network operating systems
- Resolve complex workstation issues (PC and Mac)
- Install upgrade and test industry-standard software and operating systems
- Administer databases internet/intranet systems and maintain secure access across workstations
- Configure install and maintain network switches
- Design and support simple computer networks
- Provide additional technical support across wireless networks mobile devices console controls and peripheral equipment
- Support other IT-related tasks and special projects as needed
What You Bring:
- 35 years of technical support experience in a professional setting
- Valid drivers license and access to a personal vehicle (local travel required)
- Network and CCNA certifications
- Strong troubleshooting skills in an enterprise environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience working in education environments is a plus
- Must pass background check and fingerprinting
