Capital Chevrolet of Wake Forest is Hiring an Experienced Automotive Service Advisor!
Are you a seasoned Service Advisor with a passion for delivering top-notch customer service and a deep understanding of automotive repair and maintenance Capital Chevrolet of Wake Forest is looking for a professional customer-focused and results-driven Service Advisor to join our high-performing service team.
In this role you will serve as the trusted liaison between our customers and service technicians using your industry knowledge to accurately assess service needs recommend appropriate solutions and ensure a seamless high-quality experience from drop-off to delivery.

What Youll Do:
As an Automotive Service Advisor youll be the friendly face and knowledgeable voice our customers trust. Your day-to-day will include:
- Conducting detailed vehicle walk-arounds and inspections to accurately identify service needs
- Clearly explaining recommended services repair options and costs to customers
- Scheduling service appointments and efficiently managing shop workflow
- Working closely with technicians and teammates to ensure a seamless service experience
- Addressing customer questions and concerns with professionalism and care
- Keeping your workspace clean organized and aligned with safety standards
- Jumping in on other duties as needed - were a team!
What Were Looking For:
Youre a natural problem-solver with a passion for cars and people. To succeed in this role you should have:
- Prior experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing role within the Automotive Industry
- Solid understanding of vehicle systems diagnostics and repair processes
- Top-notch communication and people skills - youre great at building trust and keeping customers informed
- Comfort with computer systems for scheduling estimates and invoicing
- A valid drivers license and a clean driving record
- The ability to pass a pre-employment background check
