EY Trade Connect Senior
EYs GDS Indirect Tax Global Trade Technology teams mission is to develop implement and integrate technology solutions for Global Trade that better serve our clients and engagement teams. As a member of EYs core Tax practice youll develop a knowledge of Global Trade outstanding database and programming skills to develop and maintain innovative solutions.

Your key responsibilities
- Participate in requirements analysis
- Utilize established development tools guidelines and conventions including but
not limited to .NET SQL Server HTML CSS JavaScript and C#.
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture
- Write clean scalable code using .NET programming languages
- Revise update and debug code
- Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support
Skills and attributes for success
- Awareness of new and emerging technologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Should be a good team player to achieve self and team goals.
- Ability to switch with ease between individual and team contributor roles.
To qualify for the role you must have
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related discipline
- Masters degree preferred
- 4 -7years of experience in .net technology
- Should have good communication/ analytical / logical / problem-solving skills
- Knowledge in .net technology MS SQL server Javascript/jQuery will be an added advantage
- Should be ready to work in rotational shifts including nightshift to support our customers on rotation for a continuous period of at least one month in a year.
Ideally youll also have
- Reads and interprets basic software system design and program specifications
- Works with common tools for component-based object-oriented development under supervision
