Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant - ServiceNow Product & Services Project Manager
As a DT P&S Project Manager in the Client CTO Service Management Organization this role will collaborate communicate and interact with cross-functional teams across CLIENT DT and the Business Segments. This role will contribute to the overall success of the implementation of Key CTO Initiatives with Product Teams and the governance/collection of products and services data.
Responsibilities:
Support/Monitor/Report the Rollout Status of Key CTO Initiatives across CLIENT Product and Services Teams
Collaborate with the Product Initiative Owners and Application Teams to define standard work to assess configure test and implement key Initiatives across Product & Services Portfolio
Drive urgency with Application Teams to ensure awareness response and action using Teams Chat Email and Team Meetings. Provide feedback to Product Initiative Owners on process changes findings and challenges.
Create/Manage/Publish/Validate Weekly Leadership scorecards to monitor progress. Audit and validate scorecards to ensure accuracy and proper tracking. Drive progress based on timelines.
Conduct rhythms with CTO Product & Services Leaders and attend Office Hours where needed
Support Data Hygiene and Collection
Collaborate with Teams to collect/validate business requirements
Accurately update target ServiceNow systems with required/collected information from Application Teams whenever possible to expedite collection
Drive urgency to meet deadlines and metric goals. Report progress weekly to Leads
Support Testing Onboarding and Migration to ServiceNow Platform
Support customer training rollout and communication process where required
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Project Management
Strong Excel PowerPoint and communication/presentation/documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Expertise: Strong experience working with ServiceNow platform and Product & Services
Leadership: Ability to influence cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
Strategic Thinking: Capability to align indicator definition and measurement with broader business objectives.
Urgency: Demonstrated passion and ability to maintain high level of energy and urgency to meet timelines.
Results-Driven: A track record of delivering results in a timely and effective manner.
Collaboration: Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate through ambiguity.
Continuous Improvement: Commitment to continuous improvement and a proactive approach to identifying and implementing process enhancements.
