The opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and client-focusedDayforce Implementation Consultantsto lead and support the successful deployment of Ceridian Dayforce HCM solutions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Dayforce modules and a strong understanding of HR payroll benefits and workforce management processes.

You will work closely with clients to gather requirements configure the system and ensure a smooth transition from legacy systems.

Your key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Dayforce HCM modules (e.g. Payroll Time & Attendance Benefits Talent Management).
• Conduct discovery sessions to gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
• Configure and test Dayforce modules to meet client specifications.
• Provide training and support to client teams during and after implementation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during testing and post-go-live phases.
• Document processes configurations and client-specific customizations.

Skills and attributes for success

To qualify for the role you must have

• Bachelors degree in human resources Information Systems Business or related field.
• 3 years of experience in implementing Dayforce HCM solutions.
• Strong knowledge of HR payroll and workforce management processes.
• Experience with data migration system integration and testing.
• Excellent communication presentation and client-facing skills.

Ideally youll also have

Ceridian Dayforce certification(s) preferred.
