Job Description
Our client a major conglomerate in HK is currently seeking a Senior Group Insurance Officer to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Administer insurance policies handling renewals and modifications for accurate documentation.
- Manage insurance claims from submissions to negotiations ensuring timely settlements.
- Resolve policy-related issues and provide insurance solutions for Business Operations.
- Support risk analysis policy pricing and coverage terms determination.
- Maintain updated records of policies claims and documents and prepare performance reports.
- Assist in managing the insurance budget including cost analysis and allocation.
- Perform other assigned ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements:
- Hold a Bachelors degree in Risk Management Insurance or a related field.
- Possess ACII or ANZIIF certification.
- Bring a minimum of 5 years of relevant insurance industry experience with a focus on claims management or underwriting in-house experience is a plus.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of insurance principles products and regulations.
- Exhibit exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong in both English and Chinese
