We have an opportunity for a full time leasing paralegal in either Melbourne or Sydney who can manage high volume and high-quality leasing this role you will manage your own files and prepare negotiate and progress clients leases. You will deal directly with clients and negotiate with our clients tenants and their this role you will work alongside Partner Jakob Paartalu and his team however there will also be close contact with other leading lawyers working in the broader national team.

The Sydney Real Estate team is led by partners Jakob Paartalu Julie Purbrick Alice Langham Rachel McNaught Joanne Moore and Owen team offers a comprehensive range of property-related legal services for developers investors owners landlords property funds managers listed property trusts and government.

Our clients are sophisticated and savvy ranging from major institutional property investors developers landlords and tenants on all aspects of commercial industrial retail and residential property including capital transactions (acquisitions and disposals) large scale developments major projects and leasing.

Some of our clients include AMP CBA Challenger Charter Hall Dexus Stockland Frasers Property GPT Lendlease Optus Mirvac Reading and Australia Post.

Please Note - this role will suit a career paralegal. Law students are encouraged to consider our Graduate and Clerkships programs as an alternate career pathway.
