We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh as aSenior Risk Advisorfor ourRisk Advisory Practicebased out of ourSan Francisco CAoffice. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. The successful candidate will lead daily operations from a support and administrative level coordinating complex logistics and task assignments for client relationship projects while ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.
We will count on you to:
- Enhance risk advisory capabilities by utilizing expertise in captive formation and alternative risk strategies to develop innovative client-centric solutions for complex risk challenges.
- Drive new business generation by leveraging your extensive network to identify and pursue lucrative opportunities expanding client relationships for large projects.
- Monitor client deliverables providing advanced recommendations and analysis to support project success and predict potential roadblocks with strategic action plans.
- Foster deeper connections with existing clients enhancing our influence within their organizations through established rapport and trust.
- Contribute to the strategic objectives of our Large Client Pursuit team by providing insights and strategies that align with client goals and enhance competitive positioning.
What you need to have:
- Bachelors degree in Risk Management Finance Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in risk advisory captive insurance or alternative risk strategies with a strong track record of driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to consult on complex projects and methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills to monitor deliverables and provide actionable insights for client projects.
