Job Description
Position Summary: Be an SAP S/4 HANA technology leader at Agiliti. This individual will design configure and implement creative solutions that leverage SAP capabilities to solve business problems.
The SAP Solutions Architect will collaborate closely with other product scrum team members executing in an Agile scrum framework to deliver solutions with the highest quality standards. You will bring a systems-thinking perspective as you work across product scrum teams to deliver highly reliable end-to-end solutions that stretch across multiple platforms.
This role requires a person who is highly motivated with excellent analysis skills who can help Agiliti integrate acquisitions and grow existing businesses. The SAP Solutions Architect is willing to step in and make an immediate impact as Agiliti develops products that have the power to change a life.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
- Responsible for the design build and implementation of complex SAP solutions from an application and business process standpoint.
- Work with business and Agiliti Digital Solutions team leads to design build and implement complex solutions leveraging SAP capabilities.
- Define systems strategy develop systems technical requirements design and prototype testing and define support procedures plus implement workable business solutions
- Identify interpret validate and document customer requirements including the facilitation of workshops to collect business requirements.
- Analyze system user requirements to define and design system interfaces enhancements and/or modifications.
- Work closely with the business and functional teams regarding the viability of business requirements and the potential impact.
- Design Interface solutions based on Functional Specs and the review of technical specifications
- Advise on automating transaction master data integration and order management.
- Support the implementation and migration of projects.
- Involved in gathering consolidation cleansing and uploading of master data (ex. Material Master Info records Vendor master and Customer master) from legacy systems and load data to SAP
- Stay up to date on SAP solutions and bring forward recommendations to business partners where new feature functionality can solve Agiliti business problems.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science or related degree
- At least 8 years of work experience in SAP for manufacturing or services environments implementing SAP applications.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Hands-on manufacturing configuration experience in S/4 HANA 2023 with at least one full implementation/migration project.
- Experience implementing SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud in a manufacturing plant.
- Expertise in SAP Best Practices for discrete manufacturing in make-to-stock and make-to-order environment.
- Experienced in production planning (PP) and quality management (QM) master data Planning strategies - sales and operation planning material requirement planning distributed resource planning production order capacity planning and KANBAN.
- Configuring plans work centers equipment records and other essential elements that support the maintenance operations.
- Expert in Shop floor execution (SFC) Order creation scheduling release confirmations Serial number management Equipment creation etc.
- The candidate should have knowledge of quality management planning QM in procurement QM in sales Inspection lot processing result recording quality certificate defect management sample management quality notification.
- Strong cross-functional integration knowledge across the SAP Manufacturing Supply Chain Finance and Sales modules.
- Experience in designing BTP solutions for Public Cloud.
- Experience in creating/configuring workflows.
- Strong knowledge of APIs and how SAP connects with other 3rd party applications.
- Demonstrated prior experience working in an Agile environment and advanced-level understanding of the agile scrum framework.
- Must be result-oriented and demonstrate a good attitude adaptability flexibility and resourcefulness.
- Ability to lead design workshops and fit-to-standard discussions.
- Experience working with global delivery teams leveraging offshore resources.
- Ability to multitask and work on multiple deliverables concurrently in an Agile environment.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities with minimum supervision.
SAP Mfg Solutions Architect Specifics
- Certification in SAP Manufacturing preferred.

This range represents the low and high ends of the Agiliti pay range for this position. This base pay range information is based on the market locations shown. For sales positions this range combines the base salary and the target incentive pay. The actual pay offered may vary depending on several factors including geographic location experience job-related knowledge skills and related factors.
