POSITION:Elementary BilingualCounselor
Virgie Robinson Elementary
SCHEDULE: 2025- 2026 School Year
SALARY: Based on the 2025- 2026 Teacher Salary Schedule
QUALIFICATIONSREQUIRED: (Qualifications which are essential to the position)
*Valid Washington State ESA School Counselor Certificate
*Bilingual/Biliterate in Spanish/English
*Minimum of a Bachelors Degree
*Experience working with community agencies
*Willingness to collaboratewith other counselorswithin the district
*Willingness to collaborate and works as defined by the School Improvement Plan
*Committed to supporting the School Improvement Plan
*Willing to participate in staff development opportunities
QUALIFICATIONSDESIRED: (Qualifications which are not required but would be useful to the position)
*Previousexperience working with elementary students
*Previous experience in couseling and guidance
*Experience working with groups of counselors
