AsBrand Manager NIVEA Baltics you will execute the marketing strategy and plans for therespective categories ensuring the delivery of agreed category targets across all three Balticcountries
Within the global and regional framework and based on consumer insights and commercialdata you will co-create the local marketing activation plan for the respective categories in theBaltics includingassortment steering(launches relaunches and gap closing) as well asATL &BTL programs
You willown and managethe respective category budget allocating investments in line withthe local strategy and within regional guidelines
You will oversee the adaptation of global and regional marketing materials including productartworks product labels and marketing communication assets
You will monitor analyze and optimize category performance based on external (Nielsen) andinternal data to enhance strategic decision-making
You will work closely with theBaltics commercial teamto ensure cross-functional alignmentand effective brand performance management throughout the year
You will collaborate closely with theEastern Europe Marketing Teamto ensure adherence tothe global and regional brand category strategy and execution
Your Profile
4 years of experience in Marketing(FMCG experience preferred; cosmetics/beauty industryexperience is a plus)
Experience usingNielsen (extracting data building reports analyzing and providing actionableinsights)
Knowledge ofproduct preparationfor the market includingmanagement of labels andartwork preparation with sensitivity to category language
Experience in adaptingmedia campaigns(adapting international campaigns to local markets)
Knowledge and experience indigital planning including an understanding of keydigital KPIsand trends
Knowledge and experience in TV planning including an understanding of keyTV KPIsand theability to critically evaluate TV plans
Strong presentation skills frombuildinga presentation todelivering it effectively to various audiences and for different goals
Experience and knowledge incategory managementto contribute to category growth plans
Results-driven and performance-orientedteam playerwith an entrepreneurial mindset and ahigh sense of responsibility
Native Latvian speakerfluent in Russian and English
