Job Title - Oracle Fusion HCM - OTL & Absence Support - Senior
As an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant your role is to provide expertise in implementing and optimizing Oracle HCM solutions for the group. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their business requirements configure the Oracle HCM system to meet those requirements and ensure successful implementation and integration of the solution.
Years of Experience -
- 4 years of overall experience and relevant experience of 4 years in Fusion HCM Functional Consultant is a must
Key Skills -
- Works closely with SMEs to configure absence plans within Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Able to collect business requirements for Oracle Fusion Absence and OTL (Oracle Time and Labor) setup
- Develops test plans and documentation for managing the testing process.
- Review the integration of the Absence module with Time and Labor and Payroll systems.
- Demonstrates capability in managing and executing absence administration processes.
- Able to understand approval workflows and creating Fast Formulas in Oracle Fusion
- Able to create technical design requirements and communicate effectively to stakeholders.
- Able to offer knowledge of best practices in a global absence module and Oracle Time and Labor based on experience.
