Job Description Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a Sage Support Consultant(s) to join our team of Sage experts who are dynamic individuals with an outlook of excellence & success. Sage training will be given if you do not already hold an accreditation.
We are experiencing rapid growth in our client base and we seeking an additional Support Consultant to join for our team and help our Customers get the most out of their Financial Solution. Youll identify customer needs troubleshoot any software and system issues and drive first-contact resolution. Your problem-solving skills will ensure our customers get the most out of their products and service.
Ideal candidate will already be working in a Financial software support position or have prior accounting role knowledge or experience looking to develop a role into Customer Software Service support.
