About the role
Anytime Fitness Malaysia Inspire Brands Capital is seeking a talented and motivated Human Resource Intern to join our team on a contract basis for 3-6 months. As a Human Resource Intern you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day HR operations and contributing to the strategic growth of our organisation.
What youll be doing
- Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes including screening applications scheduling interviews and coordinating the onboarding of new hires.
- Providing support in maintaining employee records processing payroll and administering benefits.
- Participating in the development and implementation of HR policies procedures and initiatives.
- Conducting research and analysis to identify opportunities for improving HR processes and employee engagement.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address HR-related inquiries and concerns.
- Providing administrative support to the HR team as needed.
What were looking for
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Passion for HR and a desire to gain practical experience in a dynamic fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with HR best practices and a keen interest in learning about the HR function
