The Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support our project management team in delivering Low Voltage (LV) and Water projects from inception to completion.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in project management within a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and scheduling projects in collaboration with project managers and stakeholders.
  • Support budget tracking cost reporting and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Coordinate resource allocation including labour materials and equipment.
  • Help identify and mitigate project risks and develop contingency plans.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams clients and subcontractors.
  • Support quality assurance processes and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

  • Understanding of project management principles and tools.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel or similar tools.
  • Problem-solving skills and a collaborative team spirit.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
